A new state-of-the-art landmark is in Baghdad.

Baghdad – Iraq – February the 22nd, 2022

Sardar Trading Agencies, the official distributor of Jaguar Land Rover in Iraq, is opening the nation’s largest and newest Jaguar Land Rover facility in Baghdad, Al Mansour, near Abu Jafar square, on February the 22nd, 2022.

The project cost is $12 million. The project comprises multiple structures, including a showroom and a service center, all of which are designed to deliver world-class service in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

The facility is a one-stop shop built on an area of 6,000m² of land with a total built-up area of around 17,000m² and composed of multiple floors. It includes a showroom that capacitates 18 cars, equipped with the newest features and technologies in the automotive industry, including electric car charging points, customer lounges, boutique display, vehicle customization, configuration area, and an ample parking space for customers and visitors.

The service center and spare parts warehouse will also be available at the same facility to satisfy the maintenance, and parts need of Jaguar Land Rover customers. A training center to train and develop the company’s human capital. The building is partially powered by the renewable energy of solar panels and water waste management systems to contribute to a better sustainable environment and ecosystem.

By 2010 Sardar Trading Agencies had started activities as the official importer and distributor of Jaguar Land Rover in Iraq. It is currently operated by around 200 multinational professionals nationwide of different cultures and backgrounds in Baghdad, Erbil, Sulimania, and Duhok.
